Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products unless the item is delivered damaged.  We have a 3-day notification policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to report it broken, or damaged upon delivery.  

To request an exchange or return, simply email us along with a picture of your item at info@acelebratedmoment.com. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange or return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement upon receipt of your returned item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). These items are considered customer preference and can not be exchanged. To ensure your satisfaction, during the processing of your custom order, you will be emailed a proof preview to review and approve. You are afforded one (1) revision per order. If we do not hear from you within 48 hrs of receipt of that email, we will process the items "as is". Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
